肺保护性机械通气策略对小儿急性呼吸窘迫综合征的效果分析

目的探讨肺保护性机械通气策略对小儿急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）的意义。方法将机械通气治疗ARDS的70例患儿随机分为CV组和PV组各35例，并比较其效果。结果两组间PIP、MAP、PEEP比较差异有显著性（均P＜0．05），而Fi02无统计学意义（P＞o．05）；两组间动脉血气比较，pH与PC02差异有显著性（P＜0．05），而Pa02无统计学意义（P＞0．05）；两组问并发症比较，VALI具显著性差异（P＜0．05），IVH、PDA、CLD均无统计学意义（均Pdo．05）；PV组平均氧疗时间和上机时间均低于CV组，且均有统计学意义（均P＜O．05）。结论肺保护性机械通气治疗对小儿急性呼吸窘迫综合征具有重要的临床意义。

Lung protective ventilation strategies in children with acute respiratory distress syndrome

Objective To investigate the lung protective mechanical ventilation strategy on acute respiratory distress syndrome meaning. Methods ARDS treated with mechanical ventilation for 70 patients were randomly divided into groups CV and PV groups. Results There were significant differences of PIP, MAP, PEEP, pH, PCO2, VALI between the two groups. The duration of oxygen therapy and hands-on time of CV group were significantly lower than that of the PV group. Conclusion Lung protective mechanical ventilation therapy for children with acute respiratory distress syndrome has important clinical significance.
