应用SF-36量表分析高血压患者生命质量(QOL)的影响因素

 目的  分析高血压患者生命质量(quality of life,QOL)的影响因素。方法  应用SF-36量表(中文版)调查213例原发性高血压患者的QOL情况,以单因素方差分析、多元逐步线性回归对12种因素进行分析,寻找主要影响因素。结果  年龄、居住地区、婚姻状况、在岗情况、血压控制情况、心功能、心血管系统合并症及家庭人均月收入对患者QOL总得分有显著影响。多元逐步线性回归分析显示,年龄、血压控制情况、心功能、心血管系统合并症及家庭人均月收入是主要影响因素,偏回归系数分别为-4.266、86.237、-48.048、-45.071和36.011。结论  关注老龄及低收入高血压患者,积极控制血压、改善心功能、治疗心血管系统合并症对提高患者QOL有重要意义。

Analysis of influencing factors on quality of life (QOL) of patients with hypertension by SF-36 scale

Objective  To investigate the influencing factors for quality of life (QOL) of patients with hypertension .Methods  QOL score of 213 patients with hypertension was investigated by SF-36 scale (Chinese version),and the influencing factors were analyzed by one way ANOVA and stepwise regression analysis to find out the major ones.Results  The factors including age,habitation,marrital status,being on the job or not,blood pressure control,heart function,cardiovascular comorbidities and family income influenced the QOL scores of patients significantly.Multivariate regression analysis showed that age,blood pressure control,heart function,cardiovascular comorbidities and family income were the main influencing factors with the un-standardized partial coefficients of -4.259,86.422,-50.701,-27.386 and 38.582.Conclusions  It was suggested that more attention should be paid to the elder and the low-income patients with hypertension.It may be helpful to improve heart function and to cure cardiovascular comorbidities for QOL.
