冠心病合并抑郁焦虑患者的临床治疗研究

目的观察坦度螺酮应用于冠心病合并抑郁焦虑患者的临床疗效。方法选择2011年1月～2013年12月在我院接受治疗的冠心病合并抑郁焦虑患者114例，按照掷骰子法随机均分为实验组与对照组各57例。对照组行常规治疗，实验组在常规治疗的基础上联合坦度螺酮治疗，对患者抑郁焦虑、生活质量、治疗依从性、临床疗效以及不良反应进行评价。结果两组患者治疗后HAMD得分、HAMA得分、生活质量得分、完全依从比例以及·心绞痛、心律失常、心肌梗死发生率均显著优于治疗前（均P＜0．05）；治疗后实验组HAMD得分、HAMA得分、生活质量得分、完全依从比例以及心绞痛、心律失常、心肌梗死发生率均优于对照组（均P＜0．05）。实验组不良反应均较轻微，无需进行特殊处理即可自行消失。结论常规治疗联合坦度螺酮应用于冠心痛合并抑郁焦虑患者疗效显著，且安全系数较高，值得应用于临床。

Clinical studies of patients with coronary heart disease and depression and anxiety

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of tandospirone on patients with coronary heart disease and depression and anxiety. Methods 114 cases of patients with coronary heart disease and depression and anxiety were divided into experimental group and control group randomly. The control group received conventional therapy while the experimental group received tandospirone except for conventional therapy. Depression and anxiety, quality of life, treatment compliance, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were evaluated. Results The HAMD score, HAMA score, quality of life scores, the proportion of full compliance and the morbidity of angina, arrhythmias and myocardial infarction of the two groups got better after treatment（P〈0.05）. And the experimental group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. The adverse reactions of the experimental group were mild and need no treatment. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of tandospirone in patients with coronary heart disease and depression and anxiety is significant.
