正常下颌骨放射性核素骨显像特征分析

摘    要:目的 探讨下颌骨不同部位的放射性核素骨显像生长发育特征.方法 测量39例正常人下颌骨不同部位的放射性计数.将39例正常人分成3个年龄组A组:年龄<18岁,11例;B组:年龄18~20岁,8例;C组:年龄>20岁,20例,比较下颌骨髁突、下颌骨升支、下颌体不同部位的99mTc-MDP吸收比值和99mTc-MDP摄入量的差异值.结果 39例正常人的下颌骨髁突、下颌骨升支、下颌体99mTc-MDP吸收比值左右两侧无统计学差异(P>0.05).下颌骨髁突、下颌骨升支、下颌体99mTc-MDP摄入量差异值均<10%.三组的下颌骨骨髁突部位99mTc-MDP吸收比值分别为(1.15±0.27)、(1.39±0.35);(0.97±0.37)、(1.16±0.27);(0.69±0.36)、(0.75±0.27).A组的下颌骨髁突部位99mTc-MDP吸收比值明显高于B组和C组的数值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).三组中下颌骨髁突处99mTc-MDP吸收比值最高,与下颌骨升支、下颌体99mTc-MDP吸收比值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 生长发育期下颌骨髁状突、升支、体部的生长活性随年龄的增长逐渐递减,其变化以髁状突最为显著.放射性核素骨扫描能够评价下颌骨的生长活性特点,对下颌骨疾病的诊断和治疗具有积极的指导意义.

Analysis of radionuclide bone scan imaging of normal mandible

Abstract:Objective To analyze the normal bone metabolic activity in different parts of the mandible,and explore mandible growth and characteristics.Methods The radioactivity count of the different parts of the mandible of 39 normal were measured.39 patients' normal mandibles were divided into three groups (group A:younger than 18 years old,11case; group B:18-20 age group,8 cases; group C:more than 20-year-old group,20 cases).we compare with the 99mTcMDP intake percentage and 99mTc-MDP intake different percentage in mandibular candyle,ramus and body.Results The 99mTc-MDP intaking percentage in normal mandibular condyle,ramus and body were no significant difference on the left and right.The 99mTc-MDP intaking difference percentage of mandibular condyle,ramus and body were less than 10%.The 99mTc-MDP intake percentage of mandibular condyle in group A,group B,group C is (1.15±0.27) (1.39±0.35); (0.97±0.37),(1.16±0.27); (0.69±0.36),(0.75±0.27).There was significant different in the 99mTc-MDP intake percentage of mandibular condyle in group A,group B,group C.The 99mTc-MDP intake percentage of mandibular condyle is the highest.There was significant different in the three groups.Conclusion Growth activity in normal mandibular condyle,ramus and body are decreased with age,the changes in condylar most significant.The bone scan can be used to evaluate mandibular growth activity characteristics,so that it is positive guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the mandible.
