中药熏蒸治疗踝关节骨折患者的临床价值

目的 探讨中药熏蒸对踝关节骨折患者的治疗作用.方法 选取踝关节骨折患者110例,随机分为两组,对照组54例采用川芎嗪和复方丹参注射液治疗,观察组56例在对照组的基础上加用中药熏蒸治疗,比较两组患者临床症状的改善和疗效.结果 经中药辅助治疗后,观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）;观察组临床症状积分、疼痛评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分较对照组和治疗前差异均有统计学意义（P＜o.05）,而对照组仅临床症状积分治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;随访3个月,全部患者踝关节肿胀度、踝关节背伸、跖屈主动活动度明显改善优于治疗前,且观察组显著改善优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 对踝关节骨折患者在川芎嗪和复方丹参治疗过程中加用中药熏蒸治疗效果明显,可减少骨折治愈时间,减轻负面情绪和改善关节肿胀度与主动活动度,具有临床推广应用价值.

Assistant effect of herb medicine steaming on ankle joint fracture

Objective To investigate the assistant effect of herb medicine steaming on ankle joint fracture.Methods 110 ankle joint fracture patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group （n=54） was treated with ligustrazine and compound danshen injection.The observation group （n=56） was treaed with herb medicine steaming on basis of control group.The clinical curative effect between groups was compared.Results After therapy,the efficiency rate of observation group was 85.71%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group （53.70%）.The fracture healing time of observation group was （48.11 ± 5.69） d,which was significantly lower than that of the control group （53.17 ± 6.71） d,（P〈0.05）.Clinical symptom score,pain score,anxiety,depression scores of observation group had statistically significant differences from that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Follow-up for 3 months,ankle swelling and ankle joint AROM （dorsiflexion,plantar flexion）of all patients obviously improved.Conclusion Assistant effect of herb medicine steaming on ankle joint fracture patients by ligustrazine and compound danshen is significantly.The herb medicine steaming can reduce fracture healing time,negative emotions and improve joint swelling and AROM.
