新生儿抚触在早产儿喂养不耐受中的应用价值

摘    要:目的 分析新生儿抚触在早产儿喂养不耐受中的综合应用价值.方法 选取2010年7月~2012年12月诊治的48例喂养不耐受早产儿为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规干预组)24例和观察组(常规干预加抚触组)24例,将两组早产儿的干预总有效率、相关指标改善时间及干预前后的生长发育指标、TRF进行比较.结果 观察组的干预总有效率显著高于对照组,相关指标改善时间短于对照组,干预后的生长发育指标、TRF明显优于对照组,差异均有显著性(均P<0.05).结论 新生儿抚触在早产儿喂养不耐受中的综合应用价值较高,有助于早产儿各方面状态的改善.

Abstract:Objective To analyze the comprehensive application value of neonatal massage in premature infants with feeding intolerance.Methods 48 premature infants with feeding intolerance were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group(24 cases,routine intervention group)and observation group(24 cases,routine intervention and massage group).The total intervention effective rate,improvement time of related indexes and growth and development indexes,TRF before and after the intervention of two groups were compared.Results The total intervention effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group.The improvement time of related indexes was shorter than those of control group.The growth and development indexes and TRF after the intervention were all obviously better than those of control group.Conclusion The comprehensive application value of neonatal massage in premature infants with feeding intolerance is higher,and it is helpful for the improvement of various aspects of prematures.
