| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年结直肠癌急性肠梗阻的诊断与治疗.方法:回顾性分析2000年1月至2006年6月我们医院收治的老年结直肠癌急性肠梗阻68例临床资料.结果:68例均行各种不同手术方式治疗,术后并发症13例,死亡2例.结论:对于老年结直肠癌肠梗阻,选择合理术式,同时重视老年合并症的处理,可减少并发症的发生,提高疗效. |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of acute obstructive colorectal carcinoma in elderly patients. Methods: The clinical data of 68 elderly patients with acute obstructive colorectal carcinoma treated by operation from January, 2000 to June, 2006 was analyzed. Results: All the 68 cases received various surgical procedures. Complications occurred in 13 cases, and 2 cases died. Conclusion: Selecting rational surgical procedure for old patients with acute obstructive colorectal carcinoma and paying great attention to the concurrent disease, can reduce complications and improve curative rate. |
