| 摘 要： | 目的：观察拉米夫定对慢性乙型肝炎的治疗作用。方法：随机选择70例慢性乙型肝炎患者,拉米夫定治疗组患者35例,双盲安慰剂组35例作对照,治疗时间为60周。评估包括临床症状和体征、肝功能和HBV复制指标。结果：拉米夫定组与双盲安慰剂组比较,疗效有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：长期服用拉米夫定治疗,可抑制HBV的复制,ALT改善明显,安全性好。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Lamivudine for chronic hepatitis B. Methods： Among 70 cases chronic hepatitis B patients, 35 cases of patients as treatment group with the Lamivudine treatment, 35 cases of doubleblind, placebo for the control group, treatment time was 60 weeks. Assessment of clinical symptoms and signs, liver function and indicators of HBV replication. Results： There was significant difference in efficacy between Lamivudine group and the control group. Conclusion： The long-term Lamivudine therapy can suppress HBV replication, with the significant improvement in ALT, it is a safe method. |
