| 摘 要： | 探讨和解法的概念、实质以及IgA肾病的病因病机,认为IgA肾病为本虚标实、虚实夹杂、表里同病的病证。重视和解法在IgA肾病中的应用有助于提高临床疗效。

| Abstract: | This article presents the concept and essence of pacifying therapy as well as the etiology and pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy.It is argued that IgA nephropathy is deficiency in basis and excess in branch,excess-deficiency complex,exterior-interior complex;and pacifying therapy plays a vital role in the treatment of IgA nephropathy. |
