盐酸多奈哌齐治疗老年痴呆的临床疗效观察

目的 :观察盐酸多奈哌齐 (Donepezil)治疗三种不同类型老年痴呆的临床疗效。　方法 :对 6 8例老年痴呆患者给予多奈哌齐 5mg ,每天 1次 ,8周为 1个疗程。治疗前、后分别测定简易智能精神状态检查量表 (MMSE)及日常生活活动能力量表 (ADL)。　结果 :治疗后MMSE分值 :老年性痴呆 (AD)组明显提高 (P <0 .0 1) ;血管性痴呆 (VD)组无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。混合性痴呆组有提高 (P <0 .0 5 )。治疗后ADL分值变化 :AD组下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,VD组和混合性痴呆组无明显下降 (P >0 .0 5 ,P >0 .10 )。　结论 :盐酸多奈哌齐对AD患者及部分混合性痴呆患者认知及记忆功能改善有一定疗效 ,对VD患者无明显疗效。

Clinical observation on old dementia treated with Donepezil

Objective: To observe the efficacy of donepezil in the treatment of three different kinds of old dementia. Methods: 68 patients were treated with Donepezil, 5mg q.d. for 8 weeks. The efficacy was judged by MMSE and ADL. Results: After the treatment of Donepezil, AD patients was hightened by MMSE score than before (P<0.01). But the score of VD patients had no obvious change (P>05), and mixed dementia was improved litter (P<0.01). However, the ADL score of AD patients was declined (P<0.05). And there was no significant difference between before and after treating VD and mixed dementia patients with Donepezil (P>0.05, P>0.10). Conclusion: Donepezil is effective in treating the cognition of AD and some of the mixed dementia, but it has little effect on VD.
