| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胰岛素瘤较佳的定位诊断方法,提高胰岛素瘤的定位准确率。方法总结38例胰岛素瘤病人的定位诊断经验,结合目前新的定位方法进行分析。结果胰腺超声和普通CT的定位准确率低,螺旋CT、MR、动脉造影以及术中B超的准确率相对较高。结论对于定性诊断为胰岛素瘤者,在B超初步检查后可行MR或螺旋CT薄层增强扫描进行定位诊断。对仍不能明确定位者应进行手术探查,术中辅助定位首选B超检查。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore satisfactory methods for locating diagnosis of insulinoma.Methods The experience of locating diagnosis of 38 cases with insulinoma were summarized,and some new locating methods were analyzed.Results The sensitivity of ultrasonography and CT are lower than that of spiral CT,MR,selective arteriography and intraoperative ultrasonography.Conclusions MR and spiral CT with thin slice incremental scannig should be used to locate insulinoma after preliminaty examining by ultrasonography.Intraoperative palpation should be performed for those could not locating diagnosis,and ultrasonography is the best choice in intraoperative. |
