| 摘 要： | 目的探讨外伤性脑室出血的救治策略。方法回顾性分析1999年8月～2004年8月26例外伤性脑室出血患者治疗的方法和效果。结果保守治疗6例,单纯脑室外引流14例,颅内血肿清除、去骨瓣减压及侧脑室外引流6例;7例死亡,4例重残,3例中残,12例恢复良好。结论对外伤性脑室出血患者,根据个体化原则采取不同的治疗方案,可以取得良好效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the treatment strategies of traumatic intraventricular hemorrhage (TIVH).Methods The clinical data,therapy methods and curative effect in 26 cases of TIVH from August 1999 to August 2004 were analyzed retrospectively.Results 7 cases were dead,4 cases were severely disable,3 cases were mild disable,and 12 cases recovered better.Conclusion For TIVH,the different therapies should be applied according to the individuality of each case,and then excellent results could be achieved. |
