| 摘 要： | 目的探讨透析病人合并HIV感染的护理要点。方法针对透析病人合并HIV感染的特点制定有针对性的护理方案。结果妥善的处理了尿毒症病人合并HIV感染者的透析难题,使病人感受到世间的温暖,同时有效的提高了医护人员的防护观念,切实的落实了防护措施。结论虽然艾滋病目前仍然无法治愈,但通过提高认识、加强护理来改善病人的生活质量就显得非常重要。措施得当会最大限度地减少艾滋病病人的感染机会,适当健康宣教,可有效的防止艾滋病的进一步蔓延。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the nursing＇ s character on uremic hemodialysis patients with HIV. Methods A nursing plan was made for patients according to their characters. Results The problem on patients＇ nursing was solved properly, and the nursing＇ s protection opinion was improved at the same time. Conclusion Although the patients with HIV could not be cured now, it is important to improve the patients＇ quality of life by promoting the conception and advancing the nursing. With the health teaching, we can reduce the number of the inflammatory of HIV to the maximum level. |
