多抗甲素与化疗药对荷瘤小鼠抗瘤疗效及免疫功能的影响

本实验观察了多抗甲素对荷瘤小鼠T细胞免疫功能及抗瘤作用的影响,并观察了该药与三尖杉酯碱、平阳霉素合用对荷瘤小鼠抗瘤疗效及抗瘤免疫功能的影响。结果表明:1.多抗甲素具有增加荷瘤小鼠T_H细胞数,减少T_s细胞数的双相作用及增加胂细胞钻瘤率,增加脾细胞自然杀伤活性,同时明显抑制S180肿瘤细胞的作用;2.三尖杉酯碱的抗肿瘤作用系药物的直接毒性作用所致,当其与多抗甲素合用后抗瘤作用明显增强,同时荷瘤鼠T_H细胞数,脾细胞钻瘤作用及自然杀伤活性明显提高;3.平阳霉素有明显的抗S180肿瘤活性以及增加荷瘤鼠细胞免疫功能的作用,当其与多抗甲素合用后免疫功能进一步增强。

EFFECTS OF POLYACTIN A ON IMMUNE-AND ANTI-TUMOUR FUNCTION IN S-180 MICE AND ITS CHEMOTHERAPEUTIC EFFICACY

The influence of Polyactin A (PAA) on cellular immunity and anti-tumour activity alone and its combined effects with Haringt-onine or with Pingyangmycin (antitumour antibiotic, PYM), in S-180 mice were observed.1. PAA could reduce the number of Ts cells and increase the number of TH cells ; the rate of emperipolesis and the rate of natural cytostatic of spleen cells of the animal as well as supress the S-180 tumour cells significantly.2. The antitumour activity of Harringtonine would be enhanced when combined with PAA, the numbers of WBC, Ts cells the rate of emperipolesis and cytostatic activity were obviously increased respectively in S-180 mice.3. The antitumour and cellular immunity of PYM would be further increased by combined with PAA in S-180 mice.
