| 摘 要： | 目的调查髋关节置换患者术后家庭康复的专业支持需求。方法自行设计调查问卷,对100例髋关节置换患者进行家庭康复的专业支持需求调查。结果 28.3%患者希望了解目前情况,46.5%患者希望帮助制定家庭康复计划,78.8%患者希望有专业人员指导,89.9%患者希望了解预防并发症。结论髋关节置换患者术后家庭康复有专业支持的需求,相关部门应采取措施并建立完善的家庭康复服务制度。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the tients undergoing hip replacement. Method support demand on family rehabilitation by professional support demand on family rehabilitation for post--operative pa- Investigate 100 cases of patients undergoing hip replacement on professional self--designed questionnaire. Result 28. 3% of the patients hope to know the present situation. 46. 5% require a plan on family rehabilitation. 78. 8% require guidance from professional staff. 89. 9 hope to know complications prevention. Conclusion Post--operative patients undergoing hip replacement have professional support demand on family rehabilitation. A completely family rehabilitation system should be established by related depart- ments. |
