| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨预防急性阑尾炎手术切口感染的方法，以达到减少手术切口感染率的目的。方法：对280例急性阑尾炎手术切口的临床处理进行回顾性分析。结果：本组仅发生切口感染1例，感染发生率0．36％。结论：术中切口的恰当处理，手术前后合理使用抗菌素，可明显降低阑尾切除术后切口的感染率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the preventive method of incisional infection of appendectomy for acute appendicitis and reducing the incisional infection rate. Methods 280 cases with acute appencitios in the clinical management of surgical incision were analyzed retrospectively. Result Incisional infection was 1 cases. Infection rate was 0.36%.Conclusion If intraoperative incision is managed exactly and antibiotic can be used reasonably before and after operation,the incisional infection rate can reduce obviously. |
