缺铁性贫血大鼠胸腺,脾脏的病理改变

摘    要:通过光镜、电镜、酶组织化学染色(ANAE、ACP)对比观察了缺铁性贫血(IDA)大鼠和对照组大鼠胸腺、脾脏的病理改变。发现IDA大鼠胸腺有不同程度萎缩,胸腺和脾内淋巴细胞、ANAE、ACP阳性细胞减少;T淋巴细胞线粒体结构破坏。提示IDA时胸腺、脾内T淋巴细胞可能存在能量供应、细胞增殖及分化障碍。脾脏体积增大、充血,纤维组织增生。

Abstract:The pathologic changes in rat(IDA group and control group) thy-mus and spleen were studied by the method of LM, EM, and ANAE/ACP stain. Thethymuses were smaller in IDA group than in control group. In the IDA group, thelymphocytes, and ANAE/ACP positive cells decreased and the structure of mitochon-dria in T-lymphocytes were broken. These findings prove that IDA may cause the en-ergy supplyment and multiplication and differenciation of the T-cell abnormal. We al-so found the spleen of IDA rats were enlarged and congested and the fibrous tissue inspleens was proliferated.
