检查前集中训练对眼底荧光素血管造影效果的影响

目的探讨眼底荧光素血管造影检查前集中训练对造影结果的影响。方法对120例眼底荧光素血管造影检查的患者进行检查前集中训练，内容包括注视训练、眼球转动训练、眼睑开闭训练、坐姿训练、头位训练等8项，对训练结果进行打分，将打分结果与检查结果进行相关性分析。结果检查前集中训练得分越高，检查结果越好，两者呈正相关（P=0．001，r=0．5239）。结论眼底荧光素血管造影检查前对患者进行集中训练，能提高患者检查时的配合能力，集中训练是取得良好检查结果的有力保障措施。

Effects of Collective Training on Results of Fundus Fluorescein Angiography

Objective To evaluate the effect of collective training on the results of fundus fluorescein angiography（FFA）. Methods A total of 120 patients received collective training before FFA including 8 courses of attention training, eye rotation training, eyelid opening and closing training, sitting posture training and head posture training,etc. The training outcomes were scored and a correlation analysis was conducted between the scores and the examination results. Results There was a positive correlation between collective training and FFA results（P=0. 001,r=0. 5239）. Conclusion Collective training before FFA examination can improve patients＇ cooperation with the examination and provide an effective guarantee for sound examination results.
