| 摘 要： | 本文测定了18例进行体外循环心内直视手术患者的血清FFA浓度。麻醉后,停止体外循环转流30分钟,术后24小时,血清FFA浓度较术前明显升高,术后72小时渐下降。本文认为:血清FFA浓度升高与术中术后血浆儿茶酚胺增加、肝素化、组织缺氧等有关。 |

| Abstract: | Eighteen patients, whose serum being free fatty acid (FFA), were determined following cardiopulminary bypass. A twofold increase in serum FFA occurred from preoperation to anesthesia, at 30 minutes postbypass and 24 hours after operation. Serum FFA levels started gradually to recover to normal at 72 hours after operation. It is considered that the increase in serum FFA is related to catecholamine release,heparilization and anoxia during and postbypass. |
