| 摘 要： | 目的分析高血压性脑出血术后脑梗死的发病原因.方法对11例高血压性脑出血术后继发脑梗死病例进行回顾性分析.结果轻残1例,中残2例,重残4例,植物生存1例,死亡3例.结论高血压性脑出血术后继发脑梗死与高血压病及术中操作和术后治疗有关.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the incidence reason of cerebral infarction after operation of hemorrhage due to hypertension. Methods The clinical materials of 11 cases of such patient were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were 1 case light disability, 2 cases moderate and 4 cases severe disability, 1 case plant man and 3 cases died. Conclusion The performance during operation might be related with treatment after operation as the happening of cerebral infarction. |
