欣母沛减少剖宫产术中出血的观察

目的:观察欣母沛用于剖宫产术中预防和减少术中出血的效果。方法:选择足月行子宫下段剖宫产的产妇40例,按胎儿娩出后宫体注射药物的不同随机分成欣母沛组和缩宫素两组,每组20例,比较其预防和减少术中出血的效果及产生的不良反应。结果:欣母沛组术中出血量显著少于缩宫素组(P<0.01),平均约减少159ml;同时,欣母沛组产妇恶心、呕吐、胸闷和颜面潮红等副作用的发生率显著高于缩宫素组(P<0.01)。结论:欣母沛用于剖宫产手术能有效的减少术中出血,用时要注意其不良反应的发生。

Observation on hemabate for reduction of hemorrhage in caesarean secion

Objective:To determine the effect of hemabate in prevention and reduction of hemorrhage in caesarean section.Methods:Forty parturient women underwent caesarean section were randomly divided into two groups according to different drugs for the injection into their uterine corpus immediately after fetal disengagement with twenty parturient women in each group,or group Ⅰ was hemabate and group Ⅱ was oxytocin.Results:The mean blood loss were significantly less in the hemabate group than that in oxytocin group(P<0.01),and the average hemorrhage was 159 ml.The rate of nausea and vomiting and chest distress and blushing was also higher(P<0.01).Conclusion:Hemabate is very effective in prevention and reduction of hemorrhage in caesarean section,but its adverse reaction should be paid attention to.
