器官移植术后肺部感染病原学分析

目的：探讨器官移植术后肺部感染原学特点。方法：对37例器官移植术后肺部感染患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：术后第一个月多为医院内获得性细菌感染，第2－6个月多为病毒感染和机会病原体感染，6个月后感染谱与社区相似。结论：临床医生应当了解器官移植后肺部感染的的谱并采取适当的处理措施。

Pathogenic Study of The Lung Infection In Patients After Organ Transplantation

Objective To investigate the pathogenic characteristic of the lung infection after organ transplantation.Methods Pathogen of the lung infection in 37 patients out of 185 patients were detected.Results Microbial spectrum of the lung infection corresponded to nosocomial,mainly included Gram negative bacterial pneumonia in the first month after organ transplantation;and opportunistic infection or virus infection from two to six months;after six months.The pathogens is as same as those in community pneumonia.Conclusion It is essential for physician to elucidate the infection pathogen spectrum after organ transplantation and take suitable anti microorganism therapy.
