铅诱发人体染色体畸变的研究

摘    要:我们对32例接触铅的工人和20例对照组外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变进行了研究。结果接触铅的工人与对照组相比,染色体畸变率、血铅、发铅、尿铅均有高度显著性差异(P<0.01),而且接触铅的工人的血铅、发铅、尿铅与染色体畸变率呈不同程度的正相关,其中以血铅与染色体畸变率相关最显著(γ=0.4219,P<0.01)。

Abstract:A Study of chromosomal aberration of lymphocytes was made in a group of 32 persons occupaticnally exposed to lead and in a control group of 20 persons. The results demonstrate that in the exposed group, the rate of chromosomal aberration, blood-lead level,hair-lead level and urine-lead level all had significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01). Furthermore, the blood-lead, hair-lead, urine-lead and the rate of chromosomal aberration of the exposed group showed positive correlation, among which the blood-lead level and the late of chromosomal aberration had even higher correlation in degree(r=0.4219,p<0.01).
