洁邦消毒剂杀菌效果及应用研究

摘    要:洁邦消毒剂主要成分为二氯异氰尿酸钠,采用悬液定量法对其杀菌效果、能量试验进行了试验观察。结果,以含有效氯40mg/L的该消毒剂水溶液对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌分别作用3min和1min,平均杀灭率分别为99.99%、99.93%。用50mg/L有效氯该消毒液对白色念珠菌作用3min,平均杀灭率为99.98%;有效氯含量为2000mg/L的该消毒液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用30min,杀灭率为100%。能量试验最低合格浓度为有效氯600mg/L。试验显示,该消毒剂对细菌繁殖体、真菌和细菌芽孢均有很好的杀灭效果。

Abstract:The main ingredient of Jie-Bang Disinfectant is sodium dichloroisocyanurate. Suspension quantitative method and capacity test were used to observe experimentally its germicidal efficacy. Results: The disinfectant water solution containing available chlorine 40 mg/L with 3 min and 1 min contact time killed 99.99% and 99.93% in average of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus respectively. The disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 50 mg/L with a 3 min contact time killed 99.98% in average of Candida albicans. The disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 2000 mg/L with a 30 min contact time killed 100% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger. The minimal eligible concentration in capacity test was available chlorine 600 mg/L. The tests indicated that the disinfectant had good efficacy in killing vegetative forms of bacteria, fungi and bacterial spores.
