| 摘 要： | 目的观察中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶(NE)在银屑病患者皮损及血清中的表达水平,探讨其相关性。方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA法对20例寻常性银屑病患者(寻常性组)血清及皮损处组织液中NE的表达量进行检测,并与20名健康体检者(对照组)比较。银屑病患者病情严重程度采用银屑病皮损面积和严重性指数(PASI)评估。结果寻常性银屑病患者血清及皮损处组织液中NE表达水平显著高于对照组(P0.01),其中进行期寻常性银屑病患者血清及皮损组织液中NE的表达水平要显著高于静止期,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。寻常性银屑病患者血清中NE的表达水平与患者相应的PASI呈正相关(P0.01)。结论NE可能参与了银屑病的发病,并与银屑病严重程度相关。
