SUT超声治疗亚急性期脑血管病的临床研究

摘    要:目的探讨使用SUT多功能超声脑血管治疗仪治疗亚急性期脑卒中患者对比观察其对肢体运动功能和日常生活能力的治疗效果。方法选取我院2007年1月~2010年10月住院期间脑卒中患者240例,随机分为两组。治疗组在常规药物治疗的基础上,亚急性期开始给予SUT超声治疗;对照组常规给予药物治疗。分别于住院后第1天、第7天、治疗结束时对患者进行肢体运动功能和日常生活能力评分,对比分析治疗效果。结果治疗组在治疗结束时,患者肢体运动功能和日常生活能力明显提高,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论亚急性期给予SUT超声治疗,有助于脑卒中患者肢体运动功能和日常生活能力的改善。

Clinical study of SUT polyfunction ultrasonic in the treatment of pasubacute phase cerebrovaseular disease

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of SUT polyfunction ultrasonic therapy instrument on the extremity motor function and the daily living activity of the patients at pasubacute phase with brain storm.Methods All of 240 patients at pasubacute phase with brain storm of the hospital from Jan.2007 to Oct.2010 were divided into observation group and control group randomly.The control group was treated with tradition therapy,and the observation group was treated with polyfunction ultrasonic therapy instrument besides tradition therapy.Contrast the effects of both groups on the extremity motor function and the daily living activity of the patients separately at one day after being in hospital,7 days after being in hospital,and at the end of the therapy.Results The extremity motor function and the daily living activity of the patients of the observation group were improved significantly,with contrast of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion To apply the SUT polyfunction ultrasonic therapy instrument at pasubacute phase could improve the extremity motor function and the daily living activity of the patients at pasubacute phase with brain storm.
