关于信息化时代中医医院档案管理的思考

随着信息化时代的到来,中医医院管理向科学化、现代化和标准化发展,档案管理作为中医医院管理工作的重要组成部分,必须适应新的挑战,加强医院档案管理工作,实现医院档案管理现代化。本文从改变现行中医医院档案管理体制,创新档案管理方式,推行档案标准化建设,加大档案设备投入,提高档案管理人员素质等五个方面提出了档案管理现代化的对策和建议。

Reflections on the information era of TCM hospital records management

With the advent of the information age,hospital management trended to the scientific,modern and standardized,file management is an important part of TCM hospital management and must adapt to new challenges.We need to strengthen the hospital records management,to achieve the modernization of the hospital records.This article proposed countermeasures and suggestions of modernization of records management from 5 aspects:changes to the existing TCM hospital records management system,innovative file management method,the implementation of file standardization of construction,increase the file equipment investment,to improve the quality of file management.
