摘    要:目的:量化探讨单种群杆菌简单波动生长的过程,定量认识单种群杆菌产生简单波动的原因。方法:以奇异变形杆菌为研究对象,以生物实验研究方法和数学研究和数学演绎推理二者结合进行讨论。结果:在经典Logistic模型基础上,得到描述单种群杆菌简单波动生长的推广Logistis模型。结论:该模型及解定量直观地反映了细菌增殖-扩散、增殖的自组织过程。

Abstract:Objective: To quantitate the study of the progress and causes of the simple wave growth of a single bacillus population. Methods: The laboratory technique of biological observation and mathematical analysis were used to study the growth of proteus mirabilis. Results: On the basis of classic logistic model, an improved logistic model for the simple wave growth of a single bacillus population of Proteus mirabilis was obtained. Conclusion: Our model and its solution directly reveal the auto organization process of proliferation spreading proliferation of Proteus mirabilis.
