| 摘 要： | 目的观察止瘁灵洗液治疗真菌性外耳道炎的临床疗效.方法144例病例随机分为治疗组和对照组,全部病例经3%双氧水彻底清洁外耳道后,治疗组给予浸有止瘁灵洗液的沙条填入外耳道内,对照组给予浸有2%水杨酸酒精的沙条填入外耳道内,每日各置换2次,连用1周,对照比较两纽病例的疗效.结果治疗组治愈率79.1%,对照组治愈率50%,经x2检验,x 2=9.4796,P＜.01,两组有显著性差异,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组.结论止瘁灵洗液是一种治疗真菌性外耳道炎较为有效的药物,且对人体无毒副作用,值得在临床上应用.

| Abstract: | Zhiyangling Lotion was composed by flavescent,Zicao,cnidium,atractylodes,phellodendron bark.It has effects of heat-clearing and damp-drying,removing heat from the blood,removing inflammation to stop itching.The total effective rate was94.4%after one-week treatment of72cases Fungal Inflammation of Auditory Canal.The total effective rate of the control group was76.4%after one week treatment with salicylic acid alcohol lotion.The effect of Zhiyangling Lotion was better than salicylic acid alcohol lotion(P<0.01). |
