| 摘 要： | 目的：以中理脂康颗粒剂中大黄酚含量为指标考察其稳定性。方法：采用恒温加速实验测定稳定性；大黄酚测定用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法。结果与结论：实验数据经统计学处理，推算其室温下有效期为3a。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the stability of active components in Zhongli Zhikang Granules with chyrsophanol as index.Methods:The thermostatic accelerated test was used and chyrsophanol was determined by HPLC.Results and Conclusion:The shelf life of Granules was predicted as 3 years after the experimental data were calculated by statistics. |
