广泛性焦虑症患者的心理干预措施及效果

目的：探讨广泛性焦虑症患者焦虑和抑郁情绪的心理干预措施及效果。方法：将60例广泛性焦虑症患者随机分为实验组（30例）和对照组（30例），均于入院第1d及4周后应用焦虑白评量表（SAS）及抑郁白评量表（SDS）进行评定。实验组还应用艾森克个性问卷（EPQ）测试其个性特征。对照组采用一般心理护理，实验组针对患者的个性特征进行心理千预。结果：4周后，实验组焦虑、抑郁程度显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：心理干预可有效缓解广泛性焦虑症患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪。

Study on the measures of psychological intervention in patients with generalized anxiety and its effect

Objective:Probe into the measures of psychological intervention of anxiety and depression emotion in generalized anxiety patients and its effect.Methods:60 patients with generalized anxiety were divided into test group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases).All the patients were assessed by self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale when the first day inhospita and after 4 weeks,the test group using eysenck personality questionnaire to assay their individual characteristics.The control group using normal psychological nursing and the test group given psychological intervention in patient's individual characteristics.Results:After 4 weeks,the level of anxiety and depression in test group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological intervention could abate anxiety and depression emotion effective in patients with generalized anxiety.
