重症皮肤病患者使用暴露疗法的护理体会

摘要：目的 探讨重症皮肤病患者使用暴露疗法的有效护理。方法 通过对17例重症皮肤病患者使用暴露疗法的相关护理经验进行总结，探讨其有效护理措施。结果 在我们精心而完善的护理下，暴露疗法取得了满意的治疗效果。结论 在对重症皮肤病患者进行暴露疗法的护理时，我们要重点做好病房的环境管理、皮肤黏膜的创面护理，同时根据皮损情况进行密切的病情观察、注意饮食护理及心理护理等措施。

Nursing Experience of The Patients With Sever Dermatosis Used The Exposed Therapy

ABSTRACT: Objective To probe into the effective nursing of the patients with sever dermatosis used the exposed therapy. Methods To summarizes the nursing experiences of seventeen patients with severe dermatosis used the exposed therapy, and explore the effective nursing methods of the exposed therapy .Result Depend on our careful and perfect nursing, the patients with sever dermatosis used the exposed therapy had achieved satisfied therapeutic effects.Conclusion When we nurse the patients with severe dermatosis used the exposed therapy, we must emphasis on the management of the ward enviroment and the nursing of the skin mucosa wound. And according to the degree of skin lesion, we have to keep an eye on the patient,s condition, careful the diet nursing and the psycho-nursing.
