激素吸入对哮喘儿童血清免疫球蛋白的影响

摘    要:目的探讨激素吸入对支气管哮喘儿童免疫球蛋白的影响。方法设对照组29例及哮喘组67例,哮喘组吸入激素,采用免疫比浊法分别检测哮喘组激素吸入前后及对照组血清免疫球蛋白的水平。结果哮喘组治疗前后与对照组比较IgG及IgM水平显著高于对照组(P〈0.01),哮喘治疗前组又高于治疗后组。哮喘组治疗前IgA水平显著低于对照组及治疗后哮喘组(P〈0.01),治疗后哮喘组与对照组比较IgA差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论支气管哮喘儿童存在免疫球蛋白的紊乱,IgA、IgG、IgM可能均参与了哮喘的发病过程。吸入激素对支气管哮喘儿童的免疫球蛋白具有调节作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe hormone-inhale's Immuno-regulation effect on thc serum level of IgA IgG IgM in asthmatic children.Methods The levels of immunoglobulinA,immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin A in the serum of 67 cases of asthmatics children (Asthma group )before and after inhaling hormone and 29cases of healthy children ( Control Group) were measured with Immunoturbidimetry.Results Levels of IgG and IgM in Asthma Group before and after inhaling hormone were significantly higher than in Healthy Group,They were lower after inhaling hormone than before inhaling hormone.IgA in serum in Asthma Group before inhaling hormone was markedly lower than in Control Group and Asthma Group after inhaling hormone ( P <0.01 ),there was no diffierence between Asthma Group after inhaling hormone and Control Group.Conclusion Our result shows that IgA IgG IgM play an very important role in the pathogenesis of asthma.Hormone-inhale can regulate the imblance of immunoglobulins of Serum in children witn asthma
