不同剂量阿托伐他汀对老年人颈动脉内膜中层厚度的影响

摘    要:目的评价不同剂量的进口与国产阿托伐他汀对伴有粥样硬化斑块的老年患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)的影响。方法入选210例60~80岁伴有颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者,采用双盲、对照原则将符合纳入标准的患者随机平均分为进口10mg组、进口20mg组和国产10mg组,分别给予进口阿托伐他汀10mg、20mg和国产阿托伐他汀10mg,每日1次。观察24wk后3组患者的颈动脉IMT、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和胆固醇(TC)水平。结果经治疗24wk后,以上3组的LDL-C和TC水平与治疗前相比均显著降低(P<0.01);进口20mg组降低LDL-C的作用明显优于进口10mg和国产10mg组(P<0.05),进口10mg组与国产10mg组间无显著差异(P>0.05);3组均能改善患者颈总动脉和颈动脉分叉处IMT(P<0.05),组间比较无显著差异(P>0.05);3组的不良反应发生率均较低,组间比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论进口和国产阿托伐他汀均能显著降低血脂和改善颈动脉IMT作用。
