摘    要:阿尔采末病(又名阿尔茨海默病)的病因及发病机制复杂不清,目前脑源性神经营养因子在其发生、发展过程中的作用日益受到关注。本文综述了脑源性神经营养因子的生物学特点及作用,特别强调了脑源性神经营养因子在阿尔采术病病理生理学过程中的作用,旨在为后续研究该病的治疗药物提供新策略。

Abstract:The etiology and pathogenesis of Alzheimer disease(AD) are complicated and unclear,and the effects of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) in AD are payed more and more attention.This review sum-marizes biological characters and actions of BDNF,especially highlights the actions of BDNF on AD pathophysiology,in order to provide a new strategy for subsequent AD therapy.
