阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗下呼吸道感染61例

目的评价阿奇霉素序贯疗法的疗效。方法 120例下呼吸道感染患者随机分为序贯组(61例)和静脉滴注组(59例)。d1～d3两组均静脉滴注阿奇霉素0.5g·次~(-1),qd。d4～d7,序贯组改为口服阿奇霉素颗粒0.5g·次~(-1),qd;静脉滴注组则继续静脉滴注。治疗前、后均作痰培养,X线胸片,血、尿常规,肝、肾功能检查;治疗过程中观察症状和体征变化。结果序贯组和静脉滴注组治疗下呼吸道感染有效率分别为89%和88%,细菌清除率分别为87%和86%,均无显著差异(P>0.05)。2组不良反应发生率均为5%,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论阿奇霉素序贯疗法是一种安全、有效、经济、方便的治疗方法。

Clinical study of sequential therapy of azithromycin in treatment of 61 patients with lower respiratory tract infections
