| 摘 要： | 目的观察乳杆菌LB散联合传统三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的疗效及不良反应,探讨Hp治疗新途径。方法选择90例Hp阳性的慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡患者分为对照组(雷贝拉唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林三联疗法)和治疗组(乳杆菌LB散联用三联疗法),疗程均为2wk。每周调查1次患者的不良反应情况及其耐受程度。治疗结束4wk后复查~(14)C-尿素呼气试验和尿素酶试验,判断根除Hp疗效。结果 Hp的根除率按ITT分析及PP分析,对照组为71%和78%,治疗组为89%和93%(P<0.05);治疗组胃肠道不良反应低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乳杆菌LB散联合三联疗法是根除Hp的一种有效方法,且能够显著减少三联疗法的胃肠道不良反应。
