| 摘 要： | 泊沙康唑为一新型三唑类抗真菌药,临床用于治疗和预防侵袭性真菌感染,具有高效、低毒、广谱的特点,并具有良好的耐受性,但对CYP3A4酶具有抑制作用,故可与多种药物发生药动学相互作用。本文综述了泊沙康唑的药动学特点及其药物相互作用,供临床参考,以促进临床安全合理用药。

| Abstract: | Posaconazole is a new triazole antifungal agent With high potency,low-toxicity and broad-spectrum activity for the treatment of invasive fungal infections.Posaconazole inhibits CYP3A4 and interacts with many drugs.This article summarizes the pharmacokinetics of posaconazole and interactions with other drugs in order to promote rational drug use. |
