| 摘 要： | 目的 制备鼻渊合剂并制订质量标准.方法 用煎煮法制备鼻渊合剂;用化学反应和薄层色谱法对鼻渊合剂进行鉴别,用酸度计测定合剂的PH值,用比重瓶法测定合剂的相对密度.结果 获得处方合理的鼻渊合剂,并根据合剂的质量要求制订了质量标准.结论 该合剂制备工艺简单、质量稳定,该质量标准能有效地控制合剂的质量.

| Abstract: | Objective To prepare and establish the quality control standard for Biyuan Misture.Methods Biyuan Misture was made by extraction. The identification of misture was carried out by TLC.The pH and the relative density of the misture was determined by acidometer and bottle method respectively.Results The dosage form of Biyuan Misture was studied.Then the quality control for Biyuan Misture was establish.Conclusion The preparation procedure is simple.The quality control is consistent. |
