| Abstract: | By analyzing the current relationship between licensed pharmacists and pharmacies,the important contribution of licensed pharmacists in raising pharmacy competitive strength has confirmed.In this paper,the authors proposed the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures,which were to elevate the pharmacies' core competitive strength,to think highly of and fully educe the licensed pharmacists' ability. |
