| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨急性冠脉闭塞的预防和处理。方法：用冠脉内支架术治疗80例冠心病患者，并与单纯经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术（PTCA）治疗的40例冠心病患者比较其急性冠脉闭塞发生率。结果：病例组急性冠脉闭塞的发生率为0，对照组发生率为7．5％（3／40），3例急性冠脉闭塞患者中，不稳定型心绞痛（UAP）2例，急性心肌梗死（AMI）1例，发生急性血管闭塞时间均在术中，经处理后3例冠脉均获再通，结论：植入支架是预防PTCA术中急性冠脉闭塞有效而安全的方法。

| Abstract: | Objects To explore the ways to prevent and treatment on acute coronary occlusion Methods 120 cases of coronary artery disease were randomly classified into two groups 80 cases selective stenting after successful PTCA,40 cases with PTCA only Compare with the rate of acute cororary occlusion in two group Results The group with coronary stenting have no acute coronary occlusion take place,the rate was 7 5% in control group (3 cases) 2 of 3 cases were UAP,one was AMI,acute coronary occlusion was taked plaee in operating Conclusion Corongary steuting to prevent acute coronary occlusion is safe and effective |
