| Abstract: | Multiple cardioversions for the treatment of refractory paroxysmal atrial tachycardia were performed during various stages of 3 pregnancies in a patient with no evidence of organic disease. All 3 babies were delivered with no abnormalities. It appears that this method of therapy is safe and effective for treating refractory arrhythmias during pregnancy. |
