| 摘 要： | 目的 研究世界银行中国结核病控制项目(简称项目)地区的归口管理力度对结核病发现率的影响。方法 收集项目县—山东省某县级市结防所1993～2001年的常规报表及对知情者采访。结果 1996～1998年结核病人的发现率与其他年份结核病人的发现率间差别有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过增加结防经费投入,卫生行政部门参与,综合医院与结防部门积极配合,培训村医生,可以加大归口管理力度,提高结核病人的发现率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study how case - management influences case finding. Methods Data from 9 years (1993 ~2001) annual report were collected to find out case finding in Qingzhou. TB dispensary, township and village TB doctors to know the convergence case - management were interviewed. Results From 1996 to 1998 , case - finding rate was higher, but the other years, the rate was lower. Conclusion Strong financial support, General hospital cooperating with TB dispensary actively , health administration participating in TB prevention, and training village doctors, which can improve the management and increase the rate of case finding. |
