| 摘 要： | 呼吸道感染住院患者共１１０例，包括肺炎４０例，急性气管－支气管炎２５例，慢性支气管炎合并感染２０例，肺癌合并肺部感染１０例，支气管扩张合并感染８例，急性化脓性扁桃体炎７例。单独给予先锋美他醇治疗，平均疗程８．７天，总有效率８８％，副作用包括皮疹２例、转氨酶升高１例，发生率２．７％。体外抑菌活性表明。先锋美他醇对大多数呼吸道感染细菌敏感或比较敏感。

| Abstract: | cases of hospitalized respiratory tract infection were treated with cefmetazon for a aver-age course of 8.7 days.The effective rate was 88% and side-effect rate 2.7% including two cases of skin rash and one case of GPT abnormal, The study in vivo showed that cefmetazon was sensitive to most of respiratory tract infection bacteria. |
