| 摘 要： | 目的:回顾性分析了我科20例原发性三叉神经痛及27例面肌痉挛微血管减压治疗结果。方法:耳后小骨窗微血管减压术。结果:原发性三叉神经痛行微血管减压术后95%的病人疼痛明显缓解,面肌痉挛的病人100%面部抽搐缓解,疗效满意。结论:微血管减压术是治疗原发性三叉神经痛及面肌痉挛的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effective treatment methods of 20 patients with original trigeminal neuralgia and 27 patients with hemifacial spasm.Methods: We performed operations of microvascular decompressions little cutting edges After ear.Results:The effective rate is 95% in the patients with original trigeminal neuralgia and The effective rate is 100% in the patients with hemifacial spasm,curative effect is satisfied.Conclusion:Microvascular decompressions for original trigeminal neuralgia and hemifacial spasm is the method of first selection. |
