| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察和肝汤对免疫性肝损伤小鼠的影响。方法 :采用BCG +LPS联合诱发小鼠免疫性肝损伤的方法复制动物模型。通过观察血清ALT活力、血清及肝组织匀浆中MDA(丙二醛 )含量、SOD(超氧化物歧化酶 )活力以及肝组织在光镜下的病理学改变 ,客观证实和肝汤对免疫性肝损伤的保护作用。结果 :和肝汤对小鼠肝损伤有保护作用 ,可降低ALT活力、MDA含量 ,提高SOD活力 (P <0 0 5 ) ,改善肝脏组织病理。结论 :和肝汤对免疫性肝损伤小鼠有保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the influence of Hegantang on the immunized mouse liver damage.Methods:We established an immunized mouse liver damage model through injection of BCG and LPS.We observed the levels of the serum ALT,MDA and SOD; and the levels of the liver tissues MDA,SOD.And pathological changes of liver tissues under microscope.It is proved objectively that the Hegantang can protect immunity liver damage.Results:The Hegantang can protect the liver damage of mouse.It can decrease the quantity of MDA,improve the activity of SOD and lower the ALT to immunized liver damage ( P <0 05).And it has effect in protecting liver tissues.Conclusion:The Hegantang can protect the liver damage of mouse. |
