药师在高危药品管理中的作用

目的：探讨药师在高危药品管理中的作用。方法分析2012年1月～12月期间医院病区高危药品管理存在问题，查阅相关文献搜集国内医疗机构高危药品管理经验以及策略，组建高危药品管理小组开展高危药品安全管理，由药师监督指导药品管理并进行教育培训。比较2013年和2012年高危药品管理缺陷发生率等情况。结果2013年高危药品管理缺陷发生率为13.33%，较2012年的37.50%显著降低；2013年高危药品用药安全隐患事件发生率为15.15%，较2012年的33.33%显著降低；2013年护理人员高危药品理论知识及管理实践工作考评得分较2012年显著提高（P＜0.05）。结论药师介入病区高危药品管理，建立并完善高危药品管理体系，对于提高医护人员的高危药品安全应用意识和能力，确保用药安全具有重要意义。

Analysis on the role of pharmacists in the management of high-alert medicines

Objective To investigate the role of pharmacists in the management of high-alert medicines. Methods The existing problems in the management of high-alert medications during January to December in 2012 were analyzed. Management experience and strategies of high-alert medicines in domestic medical institutions were summarized after the relevant literature, then a management team for high-alert medicines was set up, and the management of high-alert medicines were carried out, the pharmaceutical management , Education and training supervised by pharmacist. Results The management defect rate of high-alert medicines in 2013 was 13.33%,significantly lower than 37.50%in 2012;the medication safety hazard event rate of high-alert medicines in 2013 was 15.15%,significantly lower than 33.33%in 2012;Theoretical knowledge and practical work appraisal management evaluation score of high-alert medicines in 2013 were significantly lower than 2012（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The intervention of pharmacist in ward management for high-alert medicines, establishing and improving risk management system medicines were important to improve the application awareness and ability to high-alert medicines of nurses, and ensure the medication safety.
