南京市3所理工科高校新生心理健康测量分析

目的了解理工科高校新生的心理健康状况,为开展具有针对性的心理健康教育提供参考。方法使用大学生人格调查问卷（UPI）对南京市3所高校9673名新生进行了心理健康测查。结果 85.08%的新生总体心理健康状况良好,14.92%的新生存在不同程度的心理问题。UPI得分≥25的这一部分,农村新生比县城与乡镇新生高2.3%,比城市新生高5.54%。在25〉UPI得分≥20这一部分,农村新生比县城与乡镇新生高1.84%,比城市新生高5.28%。性别对UPI得分的影响较小,男、女生心理健康状况总体趋同。结论大学新生主要的心理问题体现为人际关系障碍、情绪和性格问题、强迫症等3个方面。农村新生的心理健康问题应引起适度关注。

Freshmen mental health measurement and analysis by using UPI-A survey in three science and engineering universities in Nanjing

Objective To understand metal health status of university freshmen, and provide evidence for mental health education. Methods A UPI questionnaire was used to carry out mental health test among 9673 freshmen of three universities in Nanjing. Results 85.08% of freshmen were in good health condition, and 14. 92% of freshmen had psychological problems in different levels. The freshmen from rural areas had more psychological problems which need to be paid attention to. In the group UPI score ≥25, the percentage of freshmen from rural was 2. 3% higher than those from county and township, and 5.54% higher than city. In the group 25 〉 UPI score ≥ 20, the percentage of freshmen from rural was 1.84% higher than from county and township, 5.28% higher than city. Gender showed little effect on UPI score. Mental health status among male and female turned to be overall convergent. Conclusion The main psychological problems were interpersonal barriers, emotional and personality problems, obsession, it is important to pay more attention, take effective measures, and help them improve the psychological quality.
