减慢血流速度对透析低血压治疗的影响探讨

目的 探讨减慢内瘘血流速度对患者血液透析低血压治疗的影响.方法 采用前瞻性自身对照研究.选择在本中心透析治疗中容易发生低血压的患者20例,按低血压发生的奇偶顺序分为研究组和对照组,治疗低血压时,除研究组透析血流速度不变,对照组血流速度减慢100mL/min外,其它方法均相同.分别观察在透析过程中,患者血压及脉搏的变化,进行统计学比较.结果 治疗过程各时间段血压变化的差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,各时间段脉搏的差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 与普通处理方式相比,减慢血流速度不能提高透析低血压的治疗效果.

Effects of slowing blood flow in the treatment of hypotension during hemodialysis

Objective To explore the effect of reducing fistula blood flow inpatients with bypotension during hemodialysis. Methods A prospective, self-controlled study was implemented. 20 patients in our center who were prone to hypotension were chosen. Patients were divided into study group and control group according to the parity of hypotension occurrence. The blood flow of control group was not changed, while the study group＇s blood flow was decreased by 100mL/min. There was no difference between the two groups except the above measures. Patient＇s changes of blood pressure and pulses were observed and compared. Results There were not significant differences in blood pressure and pulses during each time （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Compared with the common measure, slowing blood flow had no effect in the treatment of hypotension during hemodialysis.
