住院患儿的心理问题及护理干预体会

目的通过对住院患儿的心理问题进行分析,探讨其护理干预措施,达到顺利诊疗和快速康复的目的。方法对不同年龄阶段儿童观察其言谈举止、表情、谈话,总结心理特点。结果患儿或多或少存在一些心理问题,包括心态改变,情感盲从,心理抵触。结论应该重视患儿的心理问题,采取一定的心理干预措施,使患儿从不良的心理状态很好地过渡到接受期,调整心态,树立信心,积极配合治疗,直至康复。

Analysis of the psycological problem of hospitalized children and the nursing intervention

Objective To achieve successful treatment and rapid rehabilitation through the analysis of the psy- chological problems of hospitalized children and the nursing interventions. Methods We summarize psychological characteristics of children of different ages by observing their behaviors, facial expressions and conversations. Results More or less, there are some psychological problems such as the attitude changes, blind emotional obedience, and psychological conflict in these sick children. Conclusion We should pay a special attention to the children with psychological problems,and take certain effective measures of psychological intervention to adjust their attitude, foster their confidence,and make them actively cooperate with the treatment until total recovery.
